Day 16... wow. It's been over two weeks since the lay-0ffs, and I'm still feeling pretty good. I attended the GT Alumni career fair and met with a lot of great people at great companies. Some of them even had marketing openings, which... that's kind of rare in this economy.
So I'm going to keep checking out online opportunities, keep with my contacts, and keep my head up. I know there are companies hiring, and I'm going to get a job.
